Welcome to our web design services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and form a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and our company ("we", "us", or "our").

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2 Services Provided

We provide professional web design and content management services including but not limited to:

Single page and multi-page website design and development
Content updates and management (Bronze, Silver, and Gold packages)
Image replacements and text content updates
Page structure changes and form updates
Advanced features and new page creation

3 Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before work commences. We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer.

Website builds: Full payment required before project starts
Monthly packages: Payment due at the start of each billing period
Additional pages: Charged at the rate specified in your package
All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

4 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our services. If you are not satisfied with our work within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of purchase
After the 7-day period, refunds are not available
Monthly packages: Unused edits do not roll over to the next month
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

5 Turnaround Times

We commit to the following turnaround times based on your package:

Bronze Package: 3-5 day turnaround
Silver Package: 48-hour turnaround
Gold Package: 24-hour turnaround
Website Builds: From 24 hours depending on complexity

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of requests and current workload.

6 Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information for your website

Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner

Respond to queries and feedback requests promptly

Ensure you have the rights to use any content you provide

Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

7 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your website design and content. However:

Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences

We retain the right to showcase your website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Any proprietary tools or templates we use remain our intellectual property

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We do not guarantee specific business results from your website

We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions (hosting, domain providers, etc.)

We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or files during website updates or maintenance

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all content, images, and data provided to us

9 Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly package at any time with no long-term contract obligations:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

No refunds for partial months

Outstanding work will be completed before cancellation takes effect
